The closest international airport to Lava Hot Springs, ID is SLC located in Salt Lake City, UT about 2 hours and 15 minutes drive from Dhamma Pasava.

A 2.5 hour bus ride from SLC to McCammon, ID will cost $25-$50 each way with Salt Lake Express. A shared shuttle from McCammon, ID to Dhamma Pasava will cost $30 or less per person. Price depends on how many passengers are in the shuttle (see additional information below).

A smaller regional airport with more limited offerings is PIH located in Pocatello, ID about 45 minutes drive from Dhamma Pasava. A taxi from PIH to Dhamma Pasava will cost about $90.

A meeting will be held on the final full day of the course to help coordinate rideshares after the course has ended.

Shared Shuttle from McCammon to Lava Hot Springs

For riders that can provide at least 5 days notice, a shared shuttle service from the bus stop in McCammon, ID to Dhamma Pasava is now available. The cost is $30 or less per person each way cash only. Price depends on how many passengers are on the shuttle. To request a shared shuttle from McCammon to Dhamma Pasava, riders must message the email address below at least 5 days in advance of when a ride is needed:

Please note that Uber is rarely available in the Lava Hot Springs area. If and when it is, the lowest Uber fare from the bus stop to Dhamma Pasava costs at least $35. Other taxi service in the Lava Hot Springs area is not available at this time.
